Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your billing page and click "Manage subscription" to open the Stripe billing portal. You can cancel there at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

I paid but still see the premium gate.

Premium access is activated automatically after payment. If it has not updated within a few minutes, sign out and sign back in. If the issue persists, contact support.

Are refunds available?

We do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, premium access continues until the end of the current period. If you have a billing issue, contact support@explainthehack.com.
